Correct files for analysis--Thanks!!

Ok, I followed instructions and here is the compressed zip folder. When I debugged it it said that it was a windows 8 driver fault, it keeps saying wrong symbols........ , and it could be related to iaStorA.SYS. It appears to be something with Intel.. I went through and searched for updates but I have done this in the past. Also, I restarted my computer and updated as well. The BSOD did not come back on restart. It appears to only happen when we first turn on the computer. I have tried to update my OS to windows 10 and cannot either--I was thinking that it had to do with this problem or that I have not tried to do it logged in as an administrator which is probably why. I am not the best computer guru but it fascinates me and I try to learn a little everyday while trying to solve problems. Any help is appreciated--Thanks!!:thumb:
