Hi,
System specs: Windows 8.1
Processor: AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit

Since the last windows 8.1 patch end of December 2015 i have been getting constant errors, to name a few:
error 0x00002a, thread-exception-died, IRQL not less or equal, system service exception, critical-progress-died, dpc-watchdog-dilation, ntfs-file-system
I have run tweaking.com windows repairs a couple of times and each time as it is cleaning windows errors, windows and pc reboots and I loose everything i'd been working towards cleaning.
It might crash 10 times in a row then work for a couple of hours then start crashing again.

There are many crashdumps related to memory corruption.
DifferentBSOD.
Out of … memory dumps there were …different BSOD error codes.
The differing errorcodes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. Theyare usually caused by one of these things:
- faulting (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problemdevice)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. Please stop at least during troubleshooting.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver/system problems within windows (SFC/DISM)
- or even malware

Please start with diagnosing the system RAM first.
You can use the free tool "Memtest86+"to stress test the RAM.
How to run "Memtest" -
RAM -Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7Help Forums
Make sure you are using the latest version 5.01 - Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory DiagnosticTool
You can stop the test even if a single error is found during the test. Otherwise continue the test for7-10 passes and post a screenshot with next reply. 7 passes is the recommended bare minimum but more passes will give better result.

SFC
Use SFC to checkand repair windows systemfiles.

See this tutorial
http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/3047-sfc-scannow-command-run-windows-8-a.html
Note
If SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may beable to the next time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow command 3 timesrestarting the PC after each time to completely fix everything that it's ableto.

If not, then run the
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image/RestoreHealth command to repair any component store corruption, restart the PCafterwards, and try the sfc /scannow commandagain.

Don't now if you already have the latest drivers for your system but here is the supportpage HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

There also 2 bios updates.
