I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 laptop, and I just picked up from Lenovo as they did not identify any hardware issue.
I cannot understand why this is happening all the time as I have donwloaded all drivers from the official website.

I have posted the results from script, and I am waiting for your response.

Thanks in advance.

Please check if you can open msinfo32, search "msinfo32" and see if anything opens
If msinfo32 opens, save it as .nfo, try to open the .nfo
If you can open the .nfo, copy the saved file to a zip and upload the zip.

Please check Lenovo for driver updates

Diagnostics Test

System File Check

Please try following:
  • Open an admin command prompt
  • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
  • When it finished reboot your system
  • Open again an admin command prompt
  • Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Hi and thanks for the immediate response.

I used your tool to clean the VGA driver and installed another one from lenovo website.

I ran the diagnostic tool and I completed the tool with the system info. To be honest I cannot fully understand if I have to do anything else with the program regarding the system info. Nevertheless, please check the attachment and let me know if these are enough.

Thanks again.

If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial

When DISM says the corruption has been fixed, run sfc/scannow again, reboot and run sfc/scannow again.

A log isn't needed if no errors have been found.
At least I can't find anything problematic.

Try this again please
Please check if you can open msinfo32, search "msinfo32" and see if anything opens
If msinfo32 opens, save it as .nfo, try to open the .nfo
If you can open the .nfo, copy the saved file to a zip and upload the zip.

I still can't open the .nfo file unfortunately.

Run the dm log collector again and upload a new zip, you can do this everytime you have encountered a bluescreen.
