Solved BSOD when PC left Idle

Hi, I have a 3 yr old PC that has recently been freezing when idle, can be anything from after a minute to 10 minutes. My right display turns off, and everything including mouse/keyboard/ctrl+alt+del becomes unresponsive.

If it's any relevance, this started happening soon after I recently performed some dust clearing from my PC. This dropped the heat levels from 80-98 degrees C to 40-60 after clearing the dust.

No problems while playing videos on VLC or Youtube, running games or surfing the web. It freezes if left idle while music is playing via iTunes.

When it first started freezing, it was only after my PC has gone to sleep mode and I was unable to awaken it.
I then tried switching power options to never sleep and never turn off the display, it now freezes after just idling. Can be anywhere from a minute to 5 minutes after last action.

Right now, my workaround is that if I have to leave my PC for any amount of time, I manually put it to Sleep and it wakes up every time, no problems.

Steps taken: Power options: never sleep, never turn off display, never turn off HDD, USB selective suspend setting disabled
Heat is monitored via Speccy and at a max of 60 under load.

Attached are the DM Logs.

Help me eightforums, you're my only hope!

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Looking in the eventviewer i found these events:
The system has returned from a low power state.
Sleep Time: ?2015?-?12?-?10T18:10:29.342095100Z
Wake Time: ?2015?-?12?-?10T22:57:08.035874900Z
Wake Source: Timer - Windows will execute 'NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\TaskScheduler\Regular Maintenance' scheduled task that requested waking the computer.
[The IO operation at logical block address 0x0 for Disk 2 (PDO name: \Device\00000040) was retried
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort2.
The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.
The IO operation at logical block address 0xb4d9f588 for Disk 0 (PDO name: \Device\Ide\IdeDeviceP2T0L0-2) was retried.
This could point to problems with HDD(drivers) , Controllers(drivers) or even failing HDD/SSD etc.
It seems that when the system tries to come out of the sleep function it can start some HDD and the system become unresponsible and is freezing.
Also Check if your SATA/IDE cables are still proper connected. You said you cleaned your PC.
Advice: Test your Harddisks.
To check the integrity of your HDD you can use Sea Tools. Download from here SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 HelpForums
Windows has this program chkdsk See for info and how to use
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums

In your Dxdiagnose text i found these:

+++ WER4 +++:
Fault bucket LKD_0x144_RESET_RECOVERY_STOP_FAILED_USBXHCI!
This is your Asmedia usb controller.
You said that you cleaned your PC. Check if all the cables all still connected the good way.

Edit: ignore this notice (read it wrong thought the time was set back then this could be the reason).
[DEL]
The system time has changed to ?2015?-?12?-?10T22:57:07.500000000Z from ?2015?-?12?-?10T18:10:35.176045000Z.
Change Reason: System time synchronized with the hardware clock.
This could point to a faulty or not proper seated Cmos battery. Check it. You also cleaned your Pc, you might have touched it while cleaning.[/DEL]

Advice: update all your drivers ( SATA, chipset etc.) from your motherboardpage.
