/PROBLEM SOLVED updating the bios driver , u can close the thread...ty anyway

Hi, ( i'm sorry if my english is bad) you are my last option before bring my laptop to the assistance service.
Today i got a BSOD sayng video tdr failure ,while was playng hearthstone......before that i have to say that i went back to windows 8.1 becouse i got some other bugs and bsod on windows 10 ,so i decide to not install it anymore and before today was everything fine.
In these days i unistalled the nvidea geforce expierience application to check if my fps would have been higher playng cs:go ( i don't think that is the reason ).
So my nvidea GT 740 doesnt work anymore.... i tried to unistall with DDU programs and reinstalling the official drivers but nothing happen, still get the error code:43
I'd like to know if my video card is broken or if there is something that can be fixed
