It seems you have used KMSpico for activating Windows.
We don't give support to counterfeit installation/software.

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

Trying to get Fallout 3 to work
I have done practically everything I can think of to get it moving, but the game will still hang when doing things. I've done absolutely everything and I mean EVERYTHING suggested by Steam users but nothing stops the hangs, and nothing significant pops up in the event viewer. Asus G75VX-RH71-CA...

Fallout 3
Fallout 3 (in STEAM) won't work for me... Fallout: New Vegas does and as far as I know they are based off the same engine... so that strikes me as odd. The Fallout LAUNCHER works, but when the launcher tries to run the game it croaks. I get the famous ordinal pop-up: The ordinal 42 could not...
