Solved BSOD Driver_Power_State_Failure

I have been having BSOD Driver_Power_State_Failure for the past few weeks when I try to restart my pc. I know I will get a bsod when I can't access my 'disk management' and try to restart, it's forever 'connecting to the virtual disk service'.
After the bsod I can access my disk management, I have tried to search for any outdated driver and updated them, but I still get this bsod. I have tried to analyze my own dump files and it said something about storport.sys being the problem, googled it but I still can't fix this, I even tried to reset my OS, but alas the problem is still there. I hope you guys can help me, or point me in the right direction.

Edit: I have also noticed that after the bsod when the virtual disk is connected and can access disk management, I shut down my laptop (takes like 10min+, used to be fast) and start the laptop, the disk management issue is back with the bsod after trying to restart. So the problem might also be in the shutting down proces?

Thank you for answering, I have tried what u adviced; updated norton and Qualcomm network, uninstalled intel and nvdia in safe mode with the help of driver unistaller and then installed the newest ones in normal mode.
But sadly, I still get the same bsod problem. I've uploaded the new log files with the latest dump crashes.

Please uninstall ASUS software, it is known for causing BSOD's.

Please disable Intel Rapid Start Technology service in the services, you don't need it.

After updating to a new intel graphic driver, it seems that I still had to manually update my Intel(R) 7 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller which is in "Device manager -> IDE/ATA/ATAPI controllers".

Everything seems to be fine now, thank you very much for your help! :)
