I frequently play video games and watch videos on my computer. I have recently been experiencing BSOD quiet frequently. However, sometimes, my computer just seizes up and I have to reboot. No blue screen. Or my graphics card will overhaul and shut off. I have my DMP files and I also have some other diagnostic files.

Also, I am having issues with attaching my DMP files as I do not have permissions to compress them or move them. If you know how to fix that, I would also be appreciate of that :D

Let me know if you need anymore information.

I have those dump files saved, but I cannot upload them as I do not have "the necessary permissions" to do such. It keeps asking me for permissions, but I cannot find a way to login as the system admin.

Do you have any idea how to configure the files to allow for uploading?

I copied the minidump files back into my minidump folder and re-ran the program. Hopefully, this will work.

Sorry for the mishap.

As expected, the cause are the AMD video drivers.
This is the first, the second is the atikmdag.sys file.

Please try to uninstall the AMD Catalyst Control Center and ONLY install the drivers.

So, in moving forward, I should uninstall AMD Catalyst Control Center and reinstall the drivers? In doing so, I think it automatically installs catalyst control. What is the atikmdag.sys file?

By custom installing the AMD package you can choose to only install the drivers.

Both atikmpag and atikmdag files are drivers used by AMD for your display.
