Random BSOD during normal use.

Hello, first i want to apology for my bad english

I have this annoying problem with my new computer. I just buy new computer about two weeks ago, everything was fine untill about a week ago. Ive got BSOD related to my GPU driver, then i refresh my windows. Now ive got another chain of BSOD (even in safe mode) related to ntoskrnl.exe during normal use (i mean even when i just sit and stare at my monitor without doing anything). I tried everything except refresh my windows. I think there is another way to fix this problem, so i post it here. Hope ppl here can help me.

Welcome to the 8forums.

Please visit windows update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.

Please move files from the partitions F, G and J to increase the free space to at least 10-15%.
Every partition needs at least 10-15% free space for windows to do its thing in the background.
Less could cause BSOD's

Most, if not all, crashes seem to be caused by memory corruption. These might be solved with installing windows updates.
If the updates do not solve this problem, please follow instructions below.

I try all of your step, i move some files from disk F,G and J so it have 10-15% empty space.
I update my windows too (around 145+ updates ).
And finally run the memtest, zero error found. But my computer still BSOD, now i can see this ntkrnlmp.exe join the club.

Memtest has completed 8 passes in such a short time?

Need to be 8 pass? oh ok i just run it by default. i'll run it again.

Memtest needs to run at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results.

now im done with 8 passes, with very interesting result 5 errors right at the beginning
is that means my ram is bad and i need to scrap them and grab a new one?

That means your RAM is bad and you have to find out what stick is bad.

ok, i just read the memtest86 related post from the link you give me in the post #2 again, and there is possible that the bad one is my ram slot/s. To check my ram slots i should test it one by one with memtest86 right?
Or by using 8 passes memtest86 that i just do means 100% proof that the bad guy is my ram?

Test each stick in a different slot seperately from the other stick, with MemTest86+ yes.
When the first stick is tested in each slot that has been used, do the same with the other stick.
Compare the results to find out if the RAM or a slot is at fault.
If a slot is the cause, you can use the mainboard normally without that slot, but it is not recommended to use a component which has a faulty part.

That's mean RAM B is bad right?

What is up with slot 3? Haven't tested it yet?
It looks like stick B is indeed the bad 1, but I'm not 100% certain.

Try stick B in all slots and keep stick A disconnected.
Try stick A in slot 2 and keep stick B disconnected.

oh, slot 1 and 3 tested with dual channel config back before post #7. Forget to include the result.
Ok i'll test it again.
