SOLVED
After testing it for over a month, I can say for sure that the power supply was the cause. Changed it with a 450w one and ever since then, the pc is working great.
For anyone who can't open up his PSU or doesn't want to risk by doing it to check the capacitors, go to bios and check your voltages. Any voltage in red means that either a cable is not plugged in perfectly, or a capacitor has leaked.

Special thanks to axe0 and Ztruker for helping me!

Hello.
For some reason my pc keeps on crashing lately when I am watching youtube videos or gaming (screen going black and hearing some buzzing sound) and after a few seconds it reboots. This happens randomly. It can happen in 5 minutes or even in 10/24 hours.
Here is a screenshot of event viewer with a critical error which appeared exactly when the pc crashes. Here's a screenshot of that critical event. http://i.imgur.com/Ysejgqk.png

Following that error there are a few more events and among them are a few error events. After the pc is rebooted, it appears another error event which is saying "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffe00001ccb038, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). " and has a dump file attacked to it. Here's a screenshot of it. http://i.imgur.com/ydumKiP.png
Here's the dump file. I've uploaded it on tinyupload because I couldn't find how to attack it here. http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=9405473668...

Anyone knows what the cause might be? Mb not sending power to the components? Faulty PSU? anything else? My budget is extremely limited so I have to find out exactly which component is causing this problem.
Also, does the dump file say anything what the cause might be?

PS: CPU and GPU temps are fine around 50-55 during gaming. I have tried all possible driver versions for every component. Tried it on windows 7 8.1 and 10. I took the CPU out to clean it well and the bios reseted; not sure if I have to change the settings from bios or let them as they are.

Are you overclocking? The dump shows a machine check in AuthenticAMD which is a hardware failure.

No. Everything is at stock speed. Could you tell me more about this hardware failure? Is it the CPU? My gpu?

Just went into my bios at hardware monitoring and I am seeing this. What's up with the red 3.3v voltage???? Are the other ones ok?

Those values are for the mainboard, if I'm correct they may have a max of 10% below or above the voltage for normal functioning.
Your 3.3 voltage is outside of it, meaning that could be the cause of your problem.

So the motherboard is at fault here? I was hoping that it could be the PSU because I cant afford a new MB for now.
One thing that I should point out is that I was away from a week in vacantion and when I came back home and started up my pc my PSU made a weird noise such as the fan spinning harder or hitting something. The noise usually goes away after a few minutes. Two weeks after that my GPU started to die. Had it replaced and now I am having this problem. The PSU fan is still spinning fine, I can feel the air flowing.

Here's a CPUID HWMonitor screenshot of my system info. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet Is there anything out of normal? Weird fact: when I click on the image from this link to see it better my pc instantly crashes. o_O

I don't know much about hardware, but if I am correct you should be able to get the 3.3V correct.

(I'm not sure as I have a lot of doubts)

Here's an update. It seems that I still had an older working PSU. So I changed it and tested it for a little bit in some games and it felt stable. Here's a picture of it. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet As you can see it's an older model, the fan being on the back instead of bellow the psu. Here is a picture of the bios with this PSU Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I also opened my faulty PSU, cleaned it and oiled the fan because its oil was dry. I saw that there were 2 huge cylinders, thumb sized, and one of them had some sort of leak from one side. At least this is how it looked to my untrained eye. tested it on a dead pc just to see if it spins better. No more noise. Should I try using my faulty/now cleaned PSU again in hope that it might work now? Here's a picture of it. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

My main question now is, can I use this older PSU? Does it/will it supply enough power to my pc?

So the motherboard is at fault here?

To answer your question, we can't be sure.
The error 0x124 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (Windows Hardware Architecture Error) means there is/are hardware problems.
Usually these are caused by drivers or overclocking.
Unfortunately, this error rarely says enough for a specific cause.
For better troubleshooting we need log files, please read BSOD Posting Instructions for the log files.

According to your last voltages in the BIOS, the 3.3v, 5v and 12v are as they should be, around the values of the voltages.
Make sure your PSU can handle the power of the components and it is properly connected when switching.

I would not put the PSU you removed back in the computer, especially if it hasa a leaking capacitor. replace it or run with the one that is now installed as long as it provides the necessary power.
