BSOD frequently throughout the day, started a week ago

About a week (maybe two) ago, I started getting the BSOD multiple times a day. It doesn't happen while using any specific application either, so I'm not sure how to even pinpoint the source. The only clue I have is that it started sometime after I installed Juno, an environment for the Julia language.

I'm running Windows8.1 x64
2.16GHz
4.0 GB RAM

Please upload the zip file again as it is empty.

The first time I simply didn't check to see if the folder was empty or not, I just assumed it wouldn't be, my bad. However, I ran the dm_log_collector again and the folder it creates and saves is still empty...am I missing something?

Download the tool again and try it again.
