video memory management internal BSOD while playing

I built this PC a couple of weeks ago and so far I've encountered two BSODs, reason being "video memory management internal" both times. Both occurred while playing, Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes the first time and Black Ops III Beta the second. I think inbetween them I got another one but since I wasn't playing at the time it just froze my desktop for a few seconds before flashing the usual "graphic card driver successfully restored".
I don't know what to think as neither games are intensive and I was running them with no hiccups whatsoever, my drivers are updated (I have yet to upgrade my mobo's, as I still don't have clear what I'm supposed to download in the huge-a** list the website shows me). People even suggested a failing GPU, and I hope it's not that.
Any further information you might need? I think the Log Collector covers everything, but I wanna say that I ran BlueScreenView and
watchdog.sys, dxgmms1.sys, ntoskrnl.exe are highlighted in red.
Thanks in advance, please let me know if you need further informations.

It was updated at the time of the crashes. It got released a new one just yesternight, and I got told that rule of thumb is waiting a few days for possible bugs to come out before upgrading and possibly ending up with a buggy driver until they release a new one. Do you recommend updating them anyway?

I just ntoiced with SystemInfo that my BIOS version is F5, the latest release is F8. Do you recommend upgrading the BIOS too? I kind refrained from doing so because I heard it can brick mobos if you get really unlucky and there is a power shortage, and those last days I was always in the middle of a storm.

I would wait if they say to wait a few days.
Please do the following, another possible solution:
Press windows logo + r, type msconfig and press enter
Go to the tab services
Check 'hide microsoft services'
Search for the Nvidia Streaming Kernel Service or the Nvidia Streamer Service
Uncheck the service
Click apply, click ok
Reboot

If this resolves the issue, search services.msc and open it, search for the same service, when you have found the service right click > properties on the service and change the startup type.

The BSOD have only been two so far so I can't say immediately whether it resolves the issue or not. I should probably use the PC for a couple of weeks and report if I get any more BSODs
What does disabling those two services do exactly? Also, bumping my previous question, would upgrading my BIOS improve stability somewhat?
Still thanks for your help so far!

Disabling the service prevents performance issues (freezes) and bluescreens.
You can read about it here.

In most cases it does yes, but always backup first!

Oh, I understand, thanks. I disabled the Streamer and I'll update my BIOS later.
Should I keep this thread open now until I eventually report another BSOD (or their lack thereof) or mark it as solved and open another one if I get the same BSOD again?

Well, after two weeks of intensive playtime I never got another BSoD (even though I'm probably jinxing it right now). I think the problem was ultimately with my mobo drivers being outdated (apparently I... downloaded them when setting up the PC but forgot to install'em. Ehm.), now I have the latest drivers for both (no BIOS though) and even re-enabled the nvidia streamer service (it was required for Shadowplay to work also I love parenthesis) and so far no problems whatsoever. If something bad happens again I'll just go back here.
Thanks for all your help, marking this as solved!

Would you look at that, I got another one lol.
As I said, I renabled the streamer service as I needed it for Shadowplay, thinking the updated drivers would suffice

This one is likely caused because your Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 GPU is disabled.
Please enable it and see how it goes.

FYI, I have also 2 GPU's in my laptop, but using only the built-in without disabling the other and it doesn't give me any problem.
