Hi!

For last 2 mohts I've got BSOD every 1-2 days, but because after one my MB stop working I suspected faulty hardware. I had send old MB and CPU for RMA (I had i7 3820, MB was Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 so i was unable to tell what is faulty).
As a backup I've installed ASUS M5A97 EVO 2.0 with AMD X2 270. After 2 days I got another BSOD. Then I've checked with memtest86+ my memory - two 2x8 1600 DDR3 Patriot sets - all 4 sticks produces errors, so I've returned them for RMA also. I've put backup 2x4 from Kingston and after day I've added another 2x4 Kingston memory. Unfortunately every 2 days I've got BSOD.

Please help me with this issue :)

Hi sledz,

Welcome to the 8forums.

I have taken a look at the crashes from this month.
Your AV program, Kaspersky is blamed in a few crashes. Please follow these instructions for how to remove Kaspersky | Kaspersky.
Please read and run driver verifier | Sysnative.
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.

Some windows drivers are blamed in a few crashes, but that usually means that a 3rd party driver is actually the cause.
In order to get the driver, we need to stress it out, done via driver verifier. If driver verifier finds a violation the pc will crash.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

Please update or remove the following drivers/software
Code:
Sonic CD/DVD driver

Most people just screw up their computer by lack of knowing what they are doing.
God knows what they have done to mess things up.
Reinstalling cures that situation. :)

True, but I want to give them a second chance with the current system :)

Your method is good. :)

I have been in forums for so many years I sometimes just suggest the EASIEST method.

My computer works good.
No BSODS.
No major problems except those presented by the lack of good design by Microsoft.
If a glitch happens, I can fix it, with sufficient research.
Mostly sfc & dism.

I also have factory recovery disks.{$20}

Macrium Reflect Server Edition. {Free by a mistake by Macrium. :) }

Working through a problem painfully step by step is a good learning experience.
I like to do things quicker & easier.
That's all. :)

My laptop works good too, but can't say the same about bluescreens since I had several bluescreens a few months ago :eek:
But most of the times updating a driver or removing software is the easiest way to fix bluescreens ;)
