BSOD when returning from hibernate

hellow, first of all, sorry if i dont have good english.
Recently i installed windows 8.1 from 0 on my pc, when i have to left the pc, normally i put on hibernate mode for not losing any web browser or opened programs, but when i return the bsod happens and this is the minidump it creates:

Open an admin command prompt and type sfc/scannow, this command will perform a System File Check to see if everything is as it should be.
After sfc/scannow has finished reboot and try sfc/scannow again.
After a sfc/scannow command has finished and there are some violations you need to reboot the system in order for sfc to fix the problems.
If after 4 to 5 times trying sfc still finds violations that sfc can't solve, please upload the cbs.log file located at [windows partition]\windows\logs\cbs\ (if the log is too large, try a 3rd party uploader).

Please read and run driver verifier | Sysnative after sfc/scannow.
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.​
Please create a restore point.​

I suspect there are some drivers causing trouble, to find those drivers we need to stress them out done with driver verifier. When driver verifier has found a violation your pc will crash and a dump file will be generated at [windows partition]\minidump\, use the tool again and upload the zip file.​

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.​
