Hello,
Since 3 days ago the computer I'm using has not been able to startup, showing a BSOD with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION with bug check code 0x0000003b right after Windows finishes loading.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Andrius

Hi Andrius,

Welcome to the 8forums.

Causes for the bluescreens are:
Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for [COLOR=#ff0000]RiftEnabler.sys[/COLOR]
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for RiftEnabler.sys

Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for [COLOR=#ff0000]igdkmd64.sys[/COLOR]
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys

If riftenabler.sys (Oculus VR Rift Display) a video driver is, please uninstall it using revo uninstaller free.

If you're using a laptop, go to your manufacturer and update the Intel Graphics Driver via their site.
If you're using a desktop, go to the site of Intel to update the Intel Graphics Driver.

If you get any new crashes, please use the DM Collector tool again and upload the zip file.

Thank you for pin-pointing the problem. Removing the OVR drivers fixed the problem. It seems I was not the only one having issues with this driver. To fully remove it I had to manually delete riftenabler.sys from System32/drivers folder and edit the registry.
