Computer Random Freezing/Restarting (kernel power 41?)

My computer recently has been freezing and restarting randomly. Mostly when I'm playing games. I don't get the BSOD but, my monitor goes black and restarts on its own.

Under my event viewer to check the problem under critical errors come up with "kernel power 41" every time.

I've done most of what I can such as the chkdsk /r and /r to the sfc /scanow as well as the bootrec and bootmgr. I as well have done the memtest86 + to see if its my ram and so far its passed the test ( I've done multiple test and each ram by themselves more than once and they've both came back fine ) Even too updating my bios , re-installing my bios, graphic hard drive, even windows.

But for some reason I'm still having the same problem ( I know i could do more but my head is in a mess right now I don't know what I've done in the past to give you the details ). I don't know if its a bug because I use to put my computer in sleep mode for a while and I was assuming it was that problem. But doing those checks and re-install everything seems to have not done the job. So I am assuming its either my cpu or my graphics card or dare I say the mother board ( since the kernel power is related to well.. the power ? lol ). I also noticed that when my computer turns on I see a red light on the right side of the ram slots which stays on for a while and on the left side but only for a few seconds ( no beep when the computer turns on ) As well when I touch my cpu its fairly warm on the top.

Sorry for the rambling but I just wanted to give as much info ( which i know you'll need more ) to give to figure out whats causing my computer to restart. Its a somewhat a new computer ( just got it in Feb ) so I hope its nothing major but I'm prepared for the worst lol. So if anyone can help me or guide me threw this situation, the appreciation would be great.

*UPDATE*

I don't know what I did but the computer has stopped restarting on its own. I can play games with out any problem let alone in general with out the pc freezing. Again I wish i knew what I did. I think it was from cleaning/re-installing programs such as windows and the graphics card and fixing the boot as well.

But, I do notice that when I shut down the pc the fan on the motherboard still runs for maybe 15 secs or so after. As well as two red lights pop up when I start up the computer. One by the Ram and the other red light on the other side. They do go away just before the bios loading screen appears. I have unplugged the back completely and didn't seem to work to stop the fan so I was wondering if these are normal situations or something I should look into. Thank again.

*UPDATE 2*

Just two days after I wrote that update , again my computer did the random restart when I was playing a video game. Of course under the critical event had the kernel problem 41. Its been a month since I had the last random restart.

Recently its been restarting when I only play one certain game (cs:go). I've done updates for bios, graphic card and so forth. I've done test for my ram, graphic card and both came back fine. I even checked my cpu temperature and its very low in fact ( 24C at normal and 34C when active ). So again when the computer restarts after each freeze ( no blue screen just a black screen and then it restarts on its own ) I notice the free light right by the ram. So at this point I'm confused and I hope there can be some feedback on whats the problem and what I can do. Sorry for the long message but I wanted to get my point across as best as I could.

Sorry for the long explanation but its been happening for a while and I've tried other forums no reply. But if so a reply would be helpful.

Thank in advance.

Don't worry, a long reply with explanation of the symptons is always good.
Try clean boot and try to let the system restart by itself.
This to identify if a program is causing trouble.

I tried it but I don't think I got any results out of it ( unless I completely failed on my end lol ). But for me its mostly when I play games or a game. I did notice the red light still after reach restart when testing the clean boot. But when my computer would freeze I did check my event viewer ( under error ) and i got a Kernel-EventTracing. I just switched to Wins 10 so its a bit different under the event viewer but before I would receive a Kernal Power 41. Maybe something related to that causing the restart ?

Start only the programs at boot that are necessary to play games.
This to check if the games and/or programs with the games are causing trouble.

That means I clearly have alot of gaming to do then lol. Would having my computer specs also help as well ?

I used Speccy to check my temps on my computer so I copied the specs WITH the temps on each part ( I probably made it more complicated but i may help ? ).

Sorry for the delay, having a little busy period right now even though it is in the middle of vacation.
Normally it would be the best to create a new thread for this at tenforums.com, because they can offer better support as they know windows 10 better than I do.
