BSOD playing Dota 2, driver stopped responding, etc .....

I've had this problem since like 2 years and i havent been able to solve it, yes reinstalled OS more than 15 times, DDU drivers, reinstalled drivers, tried beta drivers, tried old driver, cleaned up the dust inside laptop, windowed, fullscreen game, disabled some services, disabled TDR on registry, delay TDR on registry (it just makes windows freeze for the time i put on the registry, example TdrDelay = 10 sec, windows freezes for 10 when TDR happens in dota), reduce dota 2 graphic settings, ccleaner, advanced systemcare, SFC/SCANNOW , verified files, (There was this time where i was messing with my pc trying to fix this issue where i thought ive fixed it because whenever the TDR happened dota 2 would freeze but it would run again like nothhing happened and i could still play but somehow then it didnt last long)

installed new version of dota 2 called reborn and for some reason it didnt crash for some 2 months and now whenever i play this new one it crashes the whole windows and i need to restart PC

There was a BSOD too where i disabled google chrome hardware acceleration or something like that and when i got to a page like dailymotion my computer froze and i had to restart.

The couple of thing i havent tried is Thermal paste because my laptop is very hard to open GPU wise. but i doubt thats the problem because the BSOD from dota started when i recently bought the Laptop like after 1 - 2 weeks

(Some stuff on the ZIP are in spanish, im from mexico)

Please use the tool again, the zip file doesn't have any dump files.
Also, in your windows partition go to the folder windows. There you can find a folder called minidumps, it is the folder where the dump files are saved. Check if there are any dump files in that folder.

I created the minidump folder because it wasnt there, and i changed the options to create dumps there too on System advanced options, now its supposed to create minidumps and i tried to make one by playing dota and waiting for it to crash, it did crash but no minidumps.

Look into your event logs, possibly there is where you can find the location of the dump.

I think i found a couple of events that are related to my problem (not posting picture because the description is in spanish)

"Amdkmdap display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered " Origin: Display ID: 4101

"Windows correctly diagnosed a condition of virtual memory . The following programs used most virtual memory : dota.exe ( 2812 ) used 1,393,008,640 bytes , steamwebhelper.exe ( 1144 ) used 86,020,096 bytes and steamwebhelper.exe (1872 ) 85,573,632 bytes used " Origin: Resource-Exhaustion-Detect ID: 2004

Are there more event logs related to the crashes?

Theres like a couple more events same as those 2, and idk if this one is related

I don't think there is a log that points to the dump file?
I'm not an advanced user with event logs, but I hope there is a log that points to the dump files

Without dump files we can't help finding the cause.

Try sfc/scannow in admin command prompt to see if there are any problems with the system files.
