BSoD while recording games, error CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

I had Win 7 on my computer, after bought a new monitor, i decided to install Win8.1.Now i have Win8.1 Pro.I used to record Mount&Blade:Warband with OBS on Win7, was okay. But i started getting BSoD with an error CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT after i installed Win8.1.I tried some stuff to fix. Here is a list what i tried before:

-Uninstalling and reinstalling the graphic driver
-Clean setup by Nvidia graphic driver installer (but i guess it didn't work because it was fullblack screen for 20 minutes after i started the installation, then i cut the power and forced to restart computer)
    -Updating my BIOS
-Trying other recording program else than OBS

I also uploaded the log file was asked from me.

I'll be appreciated if you guys help me.
