Bug check description: This indicates that a trap was generated by the Intel CPU and the kernel failed to catch this trap.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

To stop overclocking press the button that brings you in the BIOS before windows loads.
In the setup look for something that has to do with the CPU and overclocking.
NOTE: if you haven't overclocked by yourself and can't find anything in the BIOS regarding overclocking than you don't have to do anything as their isn't anything overclocked.

For updating the drivers, did you get a cd or something for software and drivers?
Else you probably have to contact their support about it, on their site isn't anything I could find about driver updates.

Then there is no problem regarding overclocking.
Contact the company about the software and drivers.

Also, please upload a new log whenever you get a new BSOD, because the cause of every BSOD could be different.

You should update all the drivers of your laptop only via your manufacturer to ensure the drivers are compatible.

The software and drivers of the modem are different, update the modem with the newest drivers and software.
