MSIGE60 2PC Apache Random BSOD NTFS_Files_System and other

Hi guys,

I bought my laptop MSI GE60 2PC Apache around a year ago and have been getting random BSOD quite often since the day I had bought it. Sometimes it happen quite a few times in one day or sometimes only just once in 3 - 4 days. Around 2 weeks ago I have refreshed the Windows using Windows 8 recovery tools, ran driver verifier for a few days, it showed that the bundled Norton Storage recovery was to blame, so I removed it and the laptop ran fine for around 2-3 days then I started getting random BSOD ranging from NTFS_Files_System to System Thread Exception Not Handled. Here's what I have done to this boy and some symptoms:

- Ran Windows 8 memory diagnostic tools standard test for 2 loops > No error
- Ran Memtest86+ > Pass 4 tests, got error for about 2000+ (Oops...)
- Ran Western Digital Data Lifeguard Tools Extended Test > Said that my HDD has bad sectors, chose the repair option but it got Test Error Code: 08-Unable to repair bad sectors
- Ran sfc /scannow for a ton of times > sometimes it could repair something, sometimes said the system is fine
- Hearing scratching noise probably from the HDD from time to time > Couldn't do a thing about it.
- While browsing with Google Chrome some pages would get error and required a refresh, especially pages with lot of flash
> Fix by reloading said pages
- After using Microsoft Excel or Powerpoint for a while the programme would freeze if not promptly restart then it would BSOD > Fix by restarting before the BSOD occur.
- Also, sometimes after I resumed the laptop from sleep mode or hibernating, after inputting my password and got passed the login screen, the keyboard won't work > Fix by putting it in sleep mode again and re-login.

Could the results directly translate to RAM and HDD faulty? or is it just because of some drivers bug. I planned to replace the RAM and swap HDD for SSD, but it would be great if I don't have to. Any help is much appreciated.

VGA Nvidia GTX 850M
HDD WD WDC WD10JPVX-22JC3T0 1TB
RAM 8GB DDR3 1 channel
