Hi, this has still been occurring for me but the brackets on the end have changed to (hkkb.sys). I've found out it was hotkeykeyboard and uninstalled the program, but my laptop just crashed again 2 days ago saying the same thing. It only occurs when i'll be playing a game, league of legends mainly. ive updated my Nvidia drivers and intel drivers as well since posting the original thread. maybe updating to windows 10 will help? :)

Could you please just re-run the diagnostic utility and upload the fresh dump files? That would help me in determining the cause behind this :)
