Thank you for help, but i cant find anything newer than 296.17 for nvidia 500 series win 8 x64, even there is no beta driver supported. And i can't install nvidia driver through windows update becouse of Windows Update error 0x80070103
hmm..... but i can try installing win 7 x64 driver ver. 301.42 WQL

later ... this evening ... i found win 8 stuck again, only realtek drivers installed, downloaded from realtek.com, it says it's supporting windows 8. Geforce drivers completely uninstalled, cleaned with drive sweeper. I'm posting logs again

I haven't had these issues w/my Win8.
Have you tried installing with just the Windows Update drivers?
Beyond that, keep trying different video drivers - even older one's may work better.

hmm if i knew the problem is video and audio drivers clearly, i would try a lot of versions...Tomorow if the problem exists (hehe maybe it will be gone?) i will try to live on the default audio and video drivers for a while.. to see if the problem is really them (both or one of them).. Suggest me reinstalling or reseting win 8?:)

Really don't know what the issue is. I suggest trying an fresh install without any additional drivers to see if it works OK that way.
Your call tho' - as that's a lot of work just for a guess!

I believe updating realtek drivers and nvidia drivers to version win 7 x64 301.41 fixed freezing error, but now when i turn on something from youtube in IE it goes into "pink screen of death" (haha). Like somebody said i must (maybe not tried yet) disable gpu acceleration (but whats the use then?) tho i could do a manual shutdown, driver has recovered and then again stuck and again ... till nvidia cp has gone from taskbar. event viewer showed:

awww, experienced another freeze.. gonna try deleting my intel drivers.

Deleted realtek drivers, chipset drivers, cleaned with "driver sweeper", reinstalled cpu through device manager,- system uptime -6h~ without any freeze. Tho i was not using all that time, but last time i left my pc like that it was frozen. Writing it down becouse maybe it will help for someone:) (only nvidia driver ver. 301.42 running - everything else on default drivers )

It was definatly a chipset or realtek drivers,no freezes, was afk when downloading visual c++, guild wars 2, music playing, loged into some apps, system uptime - 19:41 h. It doesnt give me a bsod, it was just freezing:)
Gonna look for "nvlddmkm stoped working error" hope i can find a fix to this too:)

nah... it just gave me a freeze, event viewer shows nothing, for no reason....

Try this (it's a guess on my part)
Uninstall all nVidia or ATI video software (be careful not to uninstall nForce or AMD chipset drivers)
Install the DRIVERS ONLY
- nVidia: nVidia Video Cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure
- ATI: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

Beyond that, update all drivers and software to the latest, Win7 compatible version (late 2009 or later). Search the hard drive for *.sys (drivers) and check any of them dated from 2009 or earlier against my table here: Driver Reference Table (DRT)

Edit:Installing realtek drivers makes windows freeze too:) Downloaded intel generic .... driver through windows update too, seems okay:)Gpu rendering still must be disabled, otherwise: freeezeee!:D
