Hello I really need some help here.

This have been happening for quite a while and it is getting irritating. It happens the most when I'm playing League Of Legends and sometimes when I'm watching videos. Sometimes my sound system crashes as well and no sound would come out of my laptop. I've tried updating my graphics card using an AMD auto-detect software.:cry::cry:

I'm surprised it even boots, needs alot of cleaning and what do you scan for adware with?

Defender is not an adware soft, thats for anti-virus. Get Spybot Search and Destroy and do the scan, will take awhile cause you have so much crap. Glary's Utilities will help you clean the machine. Install and use the 1-Click Maintenance. Then, in the Advanced Tools tab, Defragment the hard drive. Then look at the programs that are starting up on boot, many aren't needed and can be started manually when needed. Bonjour is a resource hog that prob isn't needed running in the background and I'm sure there are others. Its looking like a cigar box with a couple years receipts, not good...you need a lean, mean, machine for gaming... :geek:

So I guess everything would be better after using both the 1-Click Maintenance from Glary's Utilities and the Defragment and Optimization from Spybot Search and Destroy? :) Would get a better machine for gaming definitely in the future:thumb:

You have the right CPU and Memory, just too much going on in the background. :geek:

Personally I won't recommend the GlarySoft Utilities as I have seen several cases in which the problem like BSOD was caused by those utilities...

I shared my experience ;)

The BSOD is not present on everyone's system but like I said, I have seen it.

Have you tried Malwarebytes? It is free and is considered very good as well.
