This usually happens when I'm watching a video fullscreen on YouTube for example. The audio will freeze until it restarts. Malwarebytes, AVG, and SpyBot have found nothing nor did they fix the problem. I had installed a subscription copy of Office 365 about a week ago, got a BSOD, and uninstalled it because that fixed my issue the last time I got a BSOD. It didn't fix it this time as I've just gotten two in the past two hours.

Hi Thoma9 & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

Sadly, there are no dump files in the ZIP File which you have attached. But, according to the log files, a memory dump was saved at the location - "C:\Windows\Memory.DMP". Kindly compress this file and upload it using a 3rd party file hoster like MediaFire, OneDrive since it's size might be big.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Uh, funny thing. That file isn't there. I even got it to show hidden files and there's no memory.dmp at that address. A local disk search didn't find anything either.

Well that is strange because the log files indicate it. Are you using any cleaner software like CCleaner? Asking because they tend to delete these dump files...

I do, and I did. I'm pretty sure that it deleted it. Good news is that now the audio or video just stutters a little at most and doesn't completely freeze and crash everything. Also for some reason since I registered my free copy of W10, it didn't install any Windows Updates automatically so I had about eight that I got taken care of. I'm tempted to mark this solved and remember to not run CCleaner if it happens again.

Hi Thoma9 ^_^,

Keeping the Windows up to date solves most of the problems as I have seen. In case of any further problems, kindly do not hesitate to post back ^_^.
