Hi,

This problem has been getting increasingly worst. I typically experience it while watching video.
I ran a graphic stress tests and HDD diag and nothing is turning up.
This continues to happen even after fresh installs of Windows.
I can't figure it out, please help!

Thanks,
-Ben

This is interesting, but we'll need a Kernel dump file to investigate it.

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Kernel memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:
C:/Windows/memory.dmp
Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

Accessing pageable memory, then it keeps trying to access the memory referenced, but it instead fails and loops, eating up the stack.
No idea what is causing it, let's see if we can find out.

Okay, so it just happened again. When it went to BSOD, it didn't seem like it was dumping information though. The % marker never increased.
There is not file located at C:/Windows/memory.dmp or in any sub-directories.

The dump file was never written to disk, we'll have to wait for another.
It is most likely a failing disk. With the fact that page faults are looping, it's most likely caused by a thread executing, then performing a context switch, which later on tries to access something on the disk, but the disk has probably disappeared, causing it to loop until it fills up the stack and causes a double fault.

I ran WD's HDD scan, but only the quicker versions. Is it worth running a deep scan?
I've noticed my secondary drive stops spinning after extended lengths of it not being accessed. I think this is standard, but could that be a leading issue?
