Kernel data inpage error while playing Skyrim

So I just decided to come back to Skyrim after not playing it for a few months, I managed to open Steam but as soon as I launched the game it gave me a BSoD with the error "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR". I've searched all over the internet to find a solution to this but it hasn't helped me at all.
It got even worse, when I tried opening Steam alone it froze everything and after waiting a long time I had to switch the laptop off by holding the power button. I've downloaded MalwareBytes, done a full scan on McAfee, ran memory diagnostics tool, ran chkdsk and updated my drivers.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,
what commands have you ran to check HDD for errors? chkdsk ?
File system seems to be corrupt, so first thing thing to check is to run sfc

Windows key + X
Select Command prompt (Admin)

then type:
c:
sfc /scannow

Then post results.

Event log is full of these:

Well some files has been repaired.

Next what you can try to run if you didn't already is (same as above ):
c:
chkdsk /f

Drivers are out of date and possibly not compatible with Windows 8.1:
Drivers & Software Support | Toshiba

Have you scanned your PC with some antivirus? what AV you use?

There are other options to try out if the above doesn't help, but I'm not sure if any of these could help.
Try to apply the above and see how your system behaves while playing the game and report results.

Already ran chkdsk, scanned and repaired 100%.

When I enter my model/serial number it says "Your entry doesn't appear to be valid. Please double check that your product is from the US or Latin America and try again."

I did a full scan which took about a few hours and it said there were no viruses, I use McAfee.

Could there be a problem with the game?

Well if you're not from Latin America or US then please select your country on Toshiba website to make an input valid.
look below your laptop to see model/make number required for input.

Keep in mind It's very unlikely that drivers will fix anything, if filesystem is corrupt restore will be needed or OS reinstallation.

Well when you uninstall steam, you have to download the games again. Instead of downloading Skyrim I downloaded another game and it didn't crash, could it just be a problem with Skyrim then? Maybe using too much space?

If Skyrim is the only one causing troubles then yes, but hard to tell without doing tests.
Maybe game re installation could solve the problem. it could be that installation of the game itself is corrupt.
