BSOD after around 10 hours of Gameplay.

Got two of the same BSOD's. Happened during two different sessions of playing for around 6 hours each of playing GTA V. Could be GPU or Ram issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Just updated the main post upload. Added more bluescreen dumps with the automated program. Help would be appreciated. These latter two bluescreens are after i upgraded from 660ti to NVIDIA 970.
