I completely missed the error code as my phone wasn't on me at the time, I'm not 100% sure what's causing it. This never has happened before and it just started happening when I started to play GTAV

I have attached the BSOD log

Just had this happen to me too. The error shown was a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Happened after about 20 minutes of gameplay.

There are no memory dumps in the attached reports and there are no signs of BSOD's in the WER section of MSINFO32.
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here: Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility: HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID

Please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Please visit the motherboard manufacturer's website to download and install the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of the chipset drivers and the USB3 drivers for your motherboard. As for the keyboard, if you're using a USB keyboard this error is safe to ignore.

Lot's of Windows Updates failures in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report. If the problems continue, please post over in the http://www.eightforums.com/windows-updates-activation/ for further expert assistance with this issue.

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) is known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

I attached the event viewer file.

I did the hardware diagnostic and I had no problems and I installed the chipset drivers.

Uninstalled MSI Afterburner and I'm not overclocking.

The system isn't generating memory dumps.
This is most often a hardware problem, with the most common thing being overheating.
Are you keeping an eye on your temps with this program: HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID

Please specify which hardware diagnostics that you have run and for how long.
I'm particularly concerned about your video card as there are some video errors in the logfile.

I have kept an eye on HWMonitor and my 780Ti maxes out at 85 Degrees so I'm not sure if that's overheating.

85 isn't too high for a video card, but it may be if it's too close to other components.
Try opening up the case and pointing a house fan (on high) into it. See if that changes the shutdown behavior.
Beyond that, try these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
If all of them pass, then it's time to move on to this troubleshooting process: Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting

Good lucK!
