BSOD KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR 0x7a when gaming

Hello all,
I've been having this issue for the past few months. I have posted my problem everywhere and still no luck. I've been getting Kernel_Data_Inpage_Error 0x7a. I first starting getting it in early February this year, during the Battlefield Hardline open beta. Since then, I have replaced my RAM and replaced my Hard Drive with an SSD and reinstalled Windows completely. Everywhere I look it seems 0x7a is drive related, but it is strange because I'm getting this even on a brand new drive. On RAM and SSD diagnostics everything is fine, I've ran Memtest and also diagnosed my SSD, no errors. I have no overclocks.
