Have a Dell Inspiron laptop that has started to randomly show the BSOD after 6+ years.

Happens more often upon start-up or shutdown.

Details attached in .zip file

Hi PLANTPOT39 & Welcome to the forums ^_^,

I am extremely sorry for the delayed response :( . There are very few BSOD analysts. Do you still need help with your problem? If yes, then kindly reply back to this topic and I would reply within 48 hours. Also, I would be notified via email once you post.

Has not happened since posting, but have rarely used the laptop since either. What information do you need?

Hi PlantPot39 ^_^,

The zip file uploaded by you is empty. Kindly run the tool again as administrator and let the tool run for atleast 15 minutes or till the time it closes itself automatically.

Upload the freshly generated ZIP file with your next post so that it could be analysed ^_^

Your Citrix ICA Client USB Monitor Driver is causing the problems, I recommend you update it.
