Varios BSODs when trying to sleep

Out of no where my computer started to crash (however there is no visible BSOD, the computer just shuts off when trying to sleep) when trying to go to sleep. After much trial and error I found that my TV Tuner (that worked perfectly for weeks) was causing it. Unplugging the tuner let the computer sleep however upon looking at the dump files I didn't see much that said the cause was the tuner.

I ran Memtest and errors popped up. I checked each card on its own, no errors. I checked one card on each slot, no errors. When I put 3 cards in I got errors. When I put 2 in I got errors. When I put 2 in 2 slots that were not next to each other I got no errors but I still can't sleep with the tuner.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled AMD drivers, TV Tuner Drivers, and Razer Drivers.

Hi ZenixNet ^_^,

I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (fe)
USB Driver bugcheck, first parameter is USB bugcheck code.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000004, IRP_URB_DOUBLE_SUBMIT The caller has submitted an irp
that is already pending in the USB bus driver.
Arg2: ffffe001e2d02b40, Address of IRP
Arg3: ffffe001e2bfec20, Address of URB
Arg4: ffffe001e2ebda0c
Let's check the IRP -
Code:
5: kd> !irp ffffe001e2d02b40
Irp is active with 11 stacks 10 is current (= 0xffffe001e2d02e98)

"usbser.sys" is the USB Serial Driver which is a part of the operating system and hence it's chance of being the culprit is extremely less. Below is a list of 3rd party drivers present on your system -

I have highlighted the RAZER Drivers (Red) which are known to cause problems. I would suggest you to detach all the Razer Devices attached to the system physically and then test the system for stability.
Also, remove your TV Tuner card physically so that we can be sure that the problem is not being caused by something else. Once you see that the system is stable, try plugging in your TV Tuner and see if the stability of the system is disturbed or not.

Razer drivers are sadly very well known to cause problems so I wouldn't be surprised to see if those were causing the problems.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
