BSOD for windows 8.1 - "page fault in nonpaged area"

Hiya. Not tech savvy and don't really know the lingo or what I'm supposed to post here but I followed the instructions.

Basically, starting the past 24 hours, every time I open my computer (bring it out of sleep mode) I get the BSOD. Very unusual, I've only seen it once or twice before and I've had my computer almost two years. My device is a Lenovo Yoga with Windows 8.

Hopefully I did this correctly and hopefully someone can help me. Thanks!

Edit: Okay. Re-ran the scan thingy. Did it exactly as the instructions said. Hopefully dump files aren't empty this time.

Edit

Okay, 90% certain it didn't work again and I did everything you suggested and am sure it is running as administrator. I have no idea. Here's the .zip folder the collector spit out.
