Hello,
I get BSOD when playing videos online (youtube and facebook mostly), when i try to load one the screen goes like this View attachment 59802 and BSOD after that.
PS: i have an old AMD CCC driver because i tried uninstalling the new one and installing an older one, which actually fixed it but 2 days later started again.

Thanks

Hi iamromy & welcome to the forums ^_^,

I have analysed your dump files and below has been provided an analysis of the same for informative purposes :-

VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
Code:
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffe000297f04d0, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).
Arg2: fffff8017bc36d84, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).
Arg3: 0[COLOR=#ff0000][B][U]000000000000000,[/U][/B][/COLOR] Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 000000000000000d, Optional internal context dependent data.
It seems that the operation performed successfully and still we see the crash happening. [/code]
In this case, your ATI driver is acting up. But, since the operation was performed successfully, I wouldn't be surprised if this is caused by the CCC since it is very well known to cause problems.

The driver you are using is dated in July 2014 -
Code:
2: kd> lmvm atikmd*
start end module name
fffff801`7beb2000 fffff801`7cba2000 atikmdag (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
    Image name: atikmdag.sys
    Timestamp: Sat [U][B]Jul 05 07:09:13 2014[/B][/U] (53B75741)
    CheckSum: 00CA8DE5
    ImageSize: 00CF0000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

I would suggest you to uninstall the currently installed ATI driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller from this **LINK**. Once you have uninstalled the driver, kindly download the latest ATI driver from ATI's site and then install it and see if your system is still crashing or not.

While installing, make sure that you install the DRIVERS only and nothing else.

If you are still facing problems, I would suggest you to run the below FurMark GPU Diagnostics (thanks usasma!) -

FurMark download site
: FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net (appears to be bundled w/bloatware now - 12 Aug 2014)
Try downloading from one of the major download sites. Here's a link to it at Major Geeks (as of 12 Aug 2014): Download FurMark - MajorGeeks
FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test (Looks like it's "BURN-IN test" now)
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
NOTE: Set the alarm to go off at 90ºC. Then watch the system from that point on. If the system doesn't display a temperature, watch it constantly and turn it off at the first sign of video problems. DO NOT leave it it unmonitored, it can DAMAGE your video card!!!
If the temperature gets above 100ºC, quit the test - the video card is overheating.
- Click "Quit" to exit

What you are looking for:
- excessive heat from the GPU (report back with anything over 90ºC)
- problems with the video display (picture is distorted or jumbled, picture turns black, etc)
- problems reported by the program (I haven't seen this, but "just in case")

Dual Video Cards:
Some tips for dual (or more) video cards:
[TIPS] How to Enable SLI and CrossFire Support for OpenGL Applications | Geeks3D
(Tips) How To Enable SLI and CrossFire Support for MSI Kombustor 2.0 | Geeks3D

If it still doesn't work, test the cards individually.

Kindly report back the temperatures while the system is idle and while performing the Furmark test.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hello and thank you for replying,

I uninstalled the ATI drivers with the Display Driver Uninstaller and downloaded the latest ATI driver and installed only the drivers nothing else, and my pc keeps crashing when i try to load some videos.
I am going to run FurMark GPU Diagnostics and report the results back.

Hi Iamromy ^_^,

You could also try installing the driver which came with the driver CD along with your GPU.

Sure thing. Let me know how it goes ^_^

Hi, im sorry it took me this long to reply i have been busy,

I just run the Furmark GPU test, i stopped it at 5 minutes because i heard something and didn't wanted anything bad to happen, the temperature was at 82°C and the idle temperature is about 60°C, while performing the Furmark test i didn't experienced any kind of problem.
I don't have the driver CD anymore :S
The crashes are getting a bit worse.

Thank you so much for helping me out

Hi iamromy ^_^,

Don't worry about the response time. Even I have been a lot busy for the past week due to university work <_<

What did you hear which caused you to stop the test? 82 Degree Celsius is a bit high whereas the idle temperature is quite high. Can you try aiming a table fan at the motherboard and then run the test? I won't be surprised to see that this is caused because the GPU is overheating.

Have you tried removing the GPU and running the system on integrated graphics?
Have you tried older drivers/latest beta drivers? What was the result?

Also by crashes getting a bit worse, does that mean your system is crashing more frequently now?
Kindly re-run the Diagnostic Utility and re-upload a freshly generated ZIP file.

Let me know how it goes ^_^
