Yes. I understood. As you've already formatted your PC several times, I'd suspect that this is a hardware issue. Please start HW diag: Hardware Diagnostics
How did you test your RAM? one stick at a time eight passes per stick is the right way to do it.
Please check your CPU temperatures. Uninstall SuperAntiSpyware and install: ATK Package: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download ATK Package
Disable nVidia Streaming Kernel Service in services.msc
Install Speccy and post a picture of the temperatures.

Please run SFC: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - Windows 7 Help Forums and Disk Check: Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
Don't run HW tests yet.
After that Create a System Restore Point and enable Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista - Sysnative Forums
This will crash your system (when it does, upload the dump files).
System Restore point is a crucial step because you may not be able to boot up after DV has crashed. If that is the case, please enter Safe Mode with Networking and upload the dump files here, then do a System Restore.

It COULD be your CPU (processor) or your motherboard, but I am not sure. Since you told me that you had various hardware issues recently. This error could also indicate a bad RAM, but you said that you have tested your RAM now and Memtest86+ said it was fine. Is your CPU overclocked? Is your case properly cooled? Have you tested RAM sticks one by one for eight passes?

OMG  , my Case is well chilled, if the RAM that is dying in a few days I'll get 2 new RAM sticks , and I tested the memories ram separately! This motherboard from Asus gives it a slight overclock in which I went into the bios and deactivated .- .

Edit :
I tested the first Corsair RAM in 12 passes = 10 Errors , Kingston RAM 8 passes = 0 errors
