My laptop is Asus X550LNV . Before I did the reset, the sleep mode is working, but hibernation and fastboot because it is sort of hibernation the S4 mode is working. so i did a reset. I after I restore my computer with factory reset, my computer can't wake from sleep mode, instead it will automatically shutdown, and the hibernation mode is not working too. When I try to wake up from hibernation, it will automatically shut down too.

There are no memory dumps in the uploaded reports, and there are no signs of BSOD's in the WER section of MSINFO32.
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here: Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

Only 31 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 100 to 130 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

IMO this is most likely a hardware problem - so you'll have to do the diagnostics that I suggested (and let us know the results). Here's the link again: Hardware Diagnostics

The Admin log shows many, many problems with a pointer device - most likely a mouse although it can be other devices (such as a keyboard, a touchscreen, a touchpad, etc). Most likely either the device is bad or the port connecting it to the computer is bad. To tell which, try another pointing device in it's place and see if that helps. Also, try the pointing device in another port (if possible) and see if that helps.

If using the touchpad on the laptop, then try disabling it (in Device Manager) and then using a USB mouse in it's place.

Crash dump initialization failed - this can be caused by corruption of the crash dump, by corrupted drivers, or by a bad/failing hard drive. Try running chkdsk on all volumes of the hard drive, and try running the hard drive diagnostics suggested in the link I provided

The log also says that the system firmware is limiting the CPU's performance. You already have the latest BIOS/UEFI - so I'd suggest visiting the Asus website and get ALL available updates for your system.
In particular, get all available Intel updates for the system. I think that this is the link for your system: Notebooks & Ultrabooks - X550LNV - ASUS

Make sure that you get the Intel INF update (under the Chipset section) and the Intel Rapid Storage Technology, Intel Management Engine, and Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework (under the Other section)

Hardware test passed

I've done hardware test with disk and RAM, and they all passed. I will wait until windows 10 release and see if the new driver can solve the problem.
