Disabled device, why?
Officejet Pro 8500 A910 ROOT\MULTIFUNCTION\0000 This device is disabled.
Disable Startup items except your AV.
Please stop OC-ing. This appears to be a network related problem. I'd kindly aske you to uninstall Vmware and Vbox, Acronis and disable nVidia Streaming Kernel Service in services.msc
What antivirus software are you using?
If that doesn't help, please look for an update for your network driver.
Keep me posted.

Resolved

The problem was the Officejet Pro 8500 A910 ROOT\MULTIFUNCTION\0000.
I removed the entry from both the CurrentControlSet and ControlSet001 and the blue screens have now stopped.
