BSOD 0x0000001E and other errors every time pc turned on

These are the BSOD errors that I can remember that I have seen:

Some times when I turn my computer on it gets to the BIOS and ends up in an infinite restart loop.

I have reinstalled my operating system 2 times but the errors still occur.

Please help after suffering these problems for the best part of 6 months I've all but given up hope!

    Thank you

Thank you I will try what you suggested tonight!
I had noticed that the PCI driver wasn't installed but previously I couldn't find a link to download the driver.
Fingers crossed the test finds what's wrong!

I did the first stick last night with no errors (13 passes). However after I seated the second stick (several times) the computer keeps beeping telling me to reseat the RAM. I reseated the 'good' RAM and the beeping still happens.

Something's not right. Do you have another PC to test the RAM with?

Tested the RAM in another computer and it tested fine.
After some searching on my motherboard the problems I've been having all seem to be known common problems.
The motherboard is under warranty so i'm purchasing a different motherboard.

    Thank you for the help
