Solved Random BSOD in the middle of the night

I've found my computer happily rebooted several times over the past couple of months, each time after crashing at some random time in the early morning or middle of the night when I'm not at the computer and no tasks should be running.

I suspect badly-behaved Logitech camera/microphone driver, since I've definitely gotten an error from it in the past (but Logitech has nothing newer than what I already have installed, sigh), and I tend to leave Teamspeak 3 running (but not connected to a server). Alternatively, it might be Overwolf, as that piece of crap crashes and/or misbehaves regularly, and won't entirely clear out when I close the program. But...maybe it's something else entirely! Any help would be appreciated.
