Recurring BSOD: kernel_data_inpage_error on Toshiba

I've been getting these pretty frequently for a few days now. I can't make rhyme or reason of what's causing it - best guess is a slowdown when I plug in.

Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite, less than a year old.
