Random crashes even after re-installation of OS

View attachment 58627 Ok so ever since I built my computer I have been getting BSOD crashes and I have never been able to fix it. I have been on many forums and other website to see if they could help with the problem but they all failed. So I just kind of used my computer with the BSOD while playing video games and what not because it only happened about once a day. Although recently I have started to play cevo for CounterStrike (which is just another game client for competitive games and such), and the crashes have begun to be worse and crash during my games leaving me with a temporary ban that gets longer the more I leave games. So I for Christmas I thought that it might be my ram so I got two new sticks of 4gb ram and I also got a new graphics card because I thought that that could somehow be the problem(I needed a new GFX card anyways). Anyways after using my computer with the new stuff in it I still got the crashes. So after being very irritated just a couple of days ago I decided to let a buddy of mine (who is very good with computer repairs) format and install windows 8.1 on. It ran crashless the first day but then the second day I got a crash that i think was caused from something with USB 3.0 because whenever I would transfer a file through USB 3.0 it would crash although using the same 3.0 external hard drive it worked on the back panel through USB 2.0. So I said thats fine it just might be a driver issue and kind of ignored it for the time being. Then later on I was watching twitch and moved it to fullscreen on one of my monitors and it crashed after a minute or two on fullscreen (it did this same thing in the windows 7 too). Ever since then i have been getting the same random crashes as I used to in the windows 7 version of my computer. I have done many things to try and fix this but I have no idea what else it could be even after replacing almost half of my computer parts. So i am just out again to see if someone can help me finally find the fix to this irritating issue. Thanks!

PC Specs:
AMD fx 6200 3.8 ghz black edition
gigabyte 750ti 2gb (with two monitors)
2x 4gb G.Skill Ripjaws
hyper 212 evo CPU fan
3 case fans (one is a jetflow)
Asrock 970 pro r.2
Antec 620 WATT bronze
Logitech G700s Mouse
Razer Tartarus keypad

P.S - I am willing to try anything to fix this!

Thank you so much for the reply!

To start off I was able to disable the NvStreamKms.sys that is highlighted in red. Although I my logitech drivers are highlighted red as well in your reply even though i did just install them from the website the day before, but i did reinstall it just in case. Also it says that i need a logitech keyboard driver but i do not currently have a logitech keyboard so i did not know what to do there. The other items that i do have connected through USB are a Blue Snowball Microphone, logitech mouse and a logitech mouse charger, logitech webcam, cm storm keyboard. I did go ahead and follow the instructions on how to run the driver verifier but i did run into the problem where i had to use my restore point because my computer would not boot into windows. So i am not sure if that affected anything but i did continue to follow the instructions and here is my final command i put in and the results Gyazo - 20efac9fe337ac2d0708b646f93e6f2a.png (i am not sure if i did this right so please let me know if i need to redo it correctly this time, sorry). I am also going to attach an updated dm collector just in case you might need it.

No, please re-enable Driver Verifier. When it crashes, upload its minidumps, because it will help me determine the cause. I am highly suspicious of some USB connected device to be the culprit. Don't worry about Logitech drivers. That just means that they are not 8.1 compatible version, AFAIK, Log hasn't released an updated version of them.

I have not got the chance to run the verifier yet but i will tonight or tomorrow for sure. Although my computer has gotten a couple more crashes and i happened to look at the reasons for them through BlueScreenViewer and this one happened to catch my eye because you had mentioned something about USB's Gyazo - 30f26811e40d6374df2b3aef1b146595.png but like i said i will run the verifier once i learn how to do it right and get the time to.

Yes. Try disconnecting the USB devices one by one and see if your system still crashes.

Ok so i finally got a chance to finally try the verifier although i am having a bit of trouble. My computer does not boot after it makes me restart to make the changes go into affect but when i type in my password to log in my computer crashes and i have to use my restore point. Am I doing something wrong? I did follow those instructions step by step and did not see anything there as to how to get around this. Is there an alternative to this or a different method maybe? Also I have removed most of the usbs besides my microphone, keyboard, and mouse. So far no crashes but I have not been on too long

When that happens try booting in Safe Mode or performing a Clean boot and look for the created minidumps.

Im a bit confused. So you want me to do the same with the verify steps but then when it doesnt boot I should try and boot with safe mode? If that doesnt work what do you mean by clean boot? And last where will the minidumps be located?

Ok I did get my computer to boot up in safe mode. So if I'm following that guide correctly all I do now is let it run for as long as I can around 24 hours? I did type in verify /query and it said no drivers verified but I'm assuming that's because I just started it. Also should I be running this with the usbs still unplugged?

Thanks for all your help so far!

You booted up after DV has crashed? If so, please give me the dumps (upload them from Safe Mode with Networking).

Sorry If I had confused you but to get it straight when I booted up with DV it wouldn't boot past the login screen. So you want me to give you the mini dump from that crash during the login screen through safe mode with networking?

Excellent :) We have the culprit. Please detach Razer devices from the computer and uninstall their drivers completely.

Ok so I booted my computer back up to normal without the DV by restoring to my save and I have uninstalled both Razer Synapse and I think all of the razer drivers. I went into my device mananger and showed hidden devices and uninstalled all of the razer inputs that I saw as you can see here Gyazo - 2ea5e7bf7cd65a542bc72ae44f033c2a.png . For now ill let you know if I get another crash which I am REALLY HOPING I dont and also is there anymore that i need to do to completely remove the razer drivers? I also forgot to mention that i deleted the razer folder in program files.

Of course, you shouldn't be using any Razer devices. Although I would have preferred if you have done these steps from Safe Mode with Networking and then tried to boot up in normal mode, but it's OK. Monitor your PC for further crashes.

Ya i tried in safe mode with networking but when i went to remove synapse it would not let me for some reason so i just booted normal. But sadly we are back to the crashes already. I went to join an arma 3 server and it crashed out of no where. Here is a gyazo from BlueScreenView and ill attach another DM Collector. Gyazo - dcbe12cdbf4a3b501f5f084a0c5af29b.png
