Hello everyone,

I've encountered BSOD a couple of times when I am playing DOTA 2, I'm not sure what is the cause of this and I thank your kindness if you would be able to shed some light as to what I should do to prevent this from happening again. Happened a couple of times already. I've also updated all of my drivers except the latest NVIDIA driver. Currently using version 347.25. Please PM me should you need additional information regarding this issue. Thank you.

Thank you very much. Did pretty much everything you've told me to except updating the Infineon Security Driver. Not too sure about how to update because there's nothing to download on their website and i'm not sure what is the driver for. But so far there's not been a single BSOD. Probably because I've updated my GTX 970m driver to the latest 347.52. Thanks again

Hey softwaremaniac, the problem still persist but only when I play Dota 2. Other games such as battlefield 4, dying light are not affected at all. Its pretty random when the BSOD occurs, not sure what to do next. If i unplug my razer mouse what should replace it with?

Anything, really. Just to test if the issue occurs even when it's unplugged.

Any update on this? I'm suffering from the same problem on a Clevo P670SG, and another guy on a P650SE also has it.
For me the BSOD is SynTP.sys, unless I uninstall the Synaptics Touchpad driver, then it will be hkkbdfltr.sys

We've tried BIOS updates, formatting and tried without using a Razer mouse, but just keeps happening.
The only games I've tried so far are TF2 and Far Cry 4, could happen 5 mins in or 3 hours in, random.
