Multiple BSOD Messages, mostly while using Chrome

The one that we see the most often on our PC is BAD_POOL_CALLER, but once in a while I'll also see SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

We use this PC for very basic stuff: Internet browsing, word processing, etc. I've noticed that these BSOD errors are almost always happening while using Chrome.

I'm all but illiterate when it comes to troubleshooting as advanced as this, so any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I used the software provided in the sticky and I think I may have included an entire year's worth of error reports...sorry about that!!

SMART Virtual TabletPC ROOT\HIDCLASS\0001

It's only disabled since it requires a touch screen, which our PC doesn't have. I re-enabled it to see if that fixes anything.

wdcsam64.sys driver date is 12/2014, can't find anything newer.

Does McAffee cause BSOD errors? If so, i'll remove it. What anti-virus would you recommend in its place?

Remove Western Digital Print Share module. I recommend Avast.

Uninstall Spybot
Uninstall Java - unless yop know that you need it.
Uninstall CCC unless you overclock.
:ar: If you overclock, reset BIOS to defaults and stop overclocking to see if that helps.

What is PCreg? Sounds like a tweaker to me. Uninsdtall that if it is not absolutely needed.
What are SMART Technologies? Disable it at least to test.

Launch System Configuration (msconfig)
WinKey+R
type msconfig in the Run box

  1. Services tab
View attachment 58272 Hide all Microsoft services
    Press the [Disable all] button

  2. Startup tab
    Press Open Task manager
Disable all except your Anti-virus application (if an Anti-virus application is in the list, not all start this way)[

    Close Task Manager
Press the [Ok] button on System Configuration

  3. Restart your machine
