Solved SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION before startup!

Hello, I purchased a new gaming laptop (MSI GT70 2PE) a few months ago and a problem I keep having is that it suddenly won't start! I get this BSOD saying SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I get this issue approximatly one time each other month. And here is what has solved this problem the other times...

1st time I reset the computer to and old system restore point. And it worked as normal agian.

2nd time the reset did not work so I followed more advanced guides at the internet and entered safe mode to disable some drivers and such. Nothing helped, but suddenly it just worked again...

3rd time, could not get anything to work. I just reset the computer to factory settings and formatted the entire drive.

Now, this problem is annoying me quite alot. I want an end to it! What can I do fix this and make sure it does not return in a while?

Update drivers in red. Oculus Rift caused the crash.

I updated those two drivers and tried uninstalling the Qualcomm Suite as the link suggests. I also tried disabling the Oculus Rift Service in msconfig. Not working yet!

Still blaming RiftEnabler.sys. Try doing a system-wide search for that file and rename it to RiftEnablerBAD.sys

The error is consistent, so it's almost certainly a driver bug, as pointed out before.
I am curious as to why it is happening though, if you don't mind, could we have a Complete Memory Dump?

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Complete memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to: C:/Windows/memory.dmp
Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

That did it. Works again now...
All I have to do now is get my internet driver back xD
It did not properly reinstall probably because of safe mode
