I keep getting this message on my Windows 8.1 Start up.

The screen just stays there & won't restart itself.I have to resWhen i restart,the windows starts.But this is now happened the 2nd time after i switched on my system after a shutdown.
I just bought this (ASSEMBLED) System like 4 days ago.It's brief specifications are as follows:
Intel Processor i7
16 GB RAM
Gigabyte H97-D3H Motherboard
Nvidia Gforce GTX 960 2GB Graphics Card
