Resume from hibernate BSOD kernel data inpage error; SSD?

I have a Asus G50VT laptop. The same disk image resumes from hibernate fine on a X25-M G2 SSD but on a Crucial M500 with MU05 (latest) firmware, on resuming it says 'kernel data inpage error' and sometimes (spaceport.sys) after that. It BSODs right when the blue windows logo with animation start to go away, I believe it has completed the disk to memory transfer and is trying to revive everything when it BSODs.
I noticed that if I have the pagefile disabled, it halts on resume a bit earlier in the resume process and says 'critical process died'.

There are a few threads on the internet that say the Crucial M500 may have issues with compatibility or something, and to update my Intel RST drivers. Well, I don't have any and when I run the 'Intel driver update' utility, it doesn't find any driver to update.

I am about to run a level 4 Spinrite on the Crucial to make sure it's not bad sectors, but I have run surface scans on it before with no error and the SMART looks good.
Attached is both the kernel memory dump, small memory dump and hwinfo32 report (with pagefile enabled)

Yes, the dumps indicate an error with the disk. Please run SSDLife, and you could also try a HD Tune. If you use HD Tune please take a SS of the Health tab and Error Scan (not quick). SFC: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - Windows 7 Help Forums
Check Disk: Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
Test your RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums eight passes please.

I have ran SSDlife, no sign of trouble. Chkdsk, SFC no errors. HDtunepro; error scan non-quick no errors. HDtunepro nearly perfect SMART, just a DMA CRC error rate of '9'.
Memtest86 9 passes no error.

Did you compile the list of drivers I should update from the hwinfo32 report? How did you decide which were out of date or should be updated?

What dump file analyzer did you use? I'd like to learn more about that.

I may do a windows 8 Refresh (basically a reinstall that keeps all programs and most settings) and see what happens.

I used Sysnative BSODApps. Everything marked in red should be updated. Don't refresh just yet. BTW. Thanks for being detailed with results of the tests. If updating doesn't do the trick, please enable this and post back with a new dump file:Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista - Sysnative Forums
Be sure to create a system restore point before starting verifier. But first update everything in red and if your system crashes, then enable it and wait for another crash with it enabled.

Thanks and just to clarify, did you get the drivers list from the crash dump file or the hwinfo32 report? Probably the hwinfo32 report. How do you know the drivers marked in red are out of date? I have downloaded a few so far, having trouble finding the latest versions of many of them.

The Acronis ones are the latest you can get with Acronis Trueimage WD edition because it is the 2013 edition.

EDIT: BTW windows update hasn't found any driver updates besides an updated nVidia GPU driver, which am hesitant to install because laptop compatibility may be an issue and CUDA compatibility was an issue when I did a GPU driver update before.

I'm about to run the verifier

I ran verifier with all options enabled, all drivers, all monitoring checkboxes. I forgot to run a system restore point first though, is it because verifier can leave a trail after I disable it? I have gobs of backup disk images at this point so it's fine.
Verifier causes my computer to be super slow but kind of expected. It sped up to full speed once hibernate started and full speed with resume from hibernation attempt. So I don't think verifier runs while the computer is hibernating or resuming from it. BSOD occurred at the same spot. Here is the kernel memory dump of that BSOD (kernel data inpage error as before) and also verifier forced a BSOD on a windows shut down so here's the kernel memory dump of that. -> VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (srvnet.sys)

Do you prefer 'kernel memory dump's or 'small memory dump's for BSODapps to analyze?

You should have enabled it the way the guide told you to, not everything. I have a feeling you enabled everything DV offered you. I got the info from crashes. These marked in red need to be updated to W8.1 compatible versions )or their latest)). Update wifi drivers.
For now, minidumps, but if you can upload a memory.dmp file from Windows directory to a file sharing service, that would be great.

I'm suspecting that one of the outdated drivers is causing havoc on your system. Please try updating or uninstalling software linked to drivers in red.

So I did a quick format of my Crucial M500 240GB SSD and installed a clean copy of win7 64-bit with internet access disabled, it hibernates and resumes from hibernate fine.

Then I did a clean install of windows 8 64-bit pro and it does a BSOD from resume from hibernate. It may have gotten brief access to the internet but at this point I'm thinking the SSD has some issues with Windows 8 or a combination of Windows 8 and my computer. Also both on win7 and win8 clean install, HD tach doesn't see a sequential speed higher than about 185MB/s sustained. Peaks close to SATA 2 bus limit though. (EDIT: a bit slower sequentially than my old X25-M G2 80GB SSD somehow)
Here is the full memory dump of win8 64-bit pro clean install resume from hibernate BSOD.
