Random BSoD errors

Recently when I was just browsing on my laptop I got a BSoD stating DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE and the pc restarted and after a few days while waking up my pc i received another BSoD with the message SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.Well I am now baffled and don't know what to do since it my destroy my PC.
This has not happened while playing any game.It was just during the normal usage of my PC..
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
