Two different BSODs: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

Hello all,

I'm dealing with very annoying BSODs that I've tried figuring out on my own before posting in a forum (I'm a computer science major, it's in my nature), but I'm at a complete loss at this point.

Both BSODs were DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE on the Bug Check String.
Bug check code was 0x0000009f for both.
You can see parameters for both in minidumps attached (ran with SF utility).

Any help would be greatly appreciated :thumb:

This is disabled, why?
Code:
Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0032&SUBSYS_850D1043&REV_01\4&299066B9&0&00E6 This device is disabled.

A lot of things are booting up with the system. Disable some of them as they are not needed and slow the system down unnecessarily.

Thank you for the quick response.

Qualcomm is disabled because it is not being used. I am using a USB wireless card. I uninstalled the device completely.

-nvidia drivers are fully updated (already were). I disabled the streaming kernel service, as I don't use it anyways.
-logitech drivers... I'm not really sure what those drivers go to. In device manager, they are listed as "Logitech Gaming Virtual Keyboard" and "Logitech Gaming Virtual Mouse."

I have a few Logitech keyboards and mice, but they have all been installed recently with new drivers. Maybe I should try just uninstalling those?

Thank you for all of your help.
