Hi,
I just signed up to the forum as I have exhausted my own efforts at solving a seemingly known issue with ATI drivers BSOD'ing my system.
I RDP to the effected system and use that method 99% of the times.

At random occassions my system BSOD's giving a few different reasons as attached and posted below
Code:

This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

description: ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: atikmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.).
Google query: [FONT=Segoe UI, Arial][SIZE=2][COLOR=#000000][URL="http://www.google.com/search?q=atikmdag.sys+Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.+SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION"]Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION[/URL][/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]
[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

I have googled the errors and tried the fix of extracting and expanding atikmdag.sy_ from the latest ATI driver exe, then replacing the system32 drivers section. This made no difference.

I have ran the diag tool from the posting guidlines and attached it to the post,

Any assistance or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

Since posting , I have used the driver removal tool to remove the drivers, the used ATI autodetect to install the latest driver.
Maybe this could have solved it .... ?

description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that the kernel has detected critical kernel code or data corruption.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time. [/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

Try re-running it once more (at least eight passes) and run SFC.

HI SFC is and memory checks are successful.
I decided up Q Flash up to a beta bios GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket FM2+ - GA-F2A88XM-DS2 (rev. 3.0/3.1)
Its a risk but other than buying new memory I am out of ideas. I only flashed bios about 5 min ago so will see how it performs with that. There was an option for AMP which (after googling) seems to work with DDR3 RAM. I am not sure what it does exactly but it's now enabled :p

If your system boots then the flash was successful :) I usually do not recommend it because it's really risky. Keep me posted.
