BSOD: mostly Memory Management, also Kernal + Pool Header

First post here, let me know if I need to include anything else, and thanks in advance :)

I have been getting memory management BSODs left and right, but I have seen a kernal security check failure and a bad pool header. This has been happening since before I upgraded from 7 to 8, so I'm guessing it's hardware? In Win7 I started getting BSODs, mainly while playing games (since that is what I use it for mostly). Chrome also crashed a lot. I figured I put something on there I shouldn't have, so I decided to wipe it and start fresh with a my student copy of Win8.

With a clean slate (SSD and HDD formatted), the problem was still there. However, in Win8 I could see that it was a memory management error. I looked it up and learned about checking my RAM, so I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic, which didn't find any error, and memtest, which crashed every time. Tested my RAM in another system and it passed. Long story short: after RMAs and sending parts in, I'm sitting with a new motherboard and cpu, and the problem is still there.

Components and what (if anything) I've done to test them:

Old CPU: AMD FX-8150
Current CPU: AMD FX-8350
(brand new) With the new cpu but old motherboard, memtest still crashed.

Old Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3
Current Motherboard: ASRock Fatali1ty 990FX Killer
(brand new) After swapping the motherboard, memtest now completes.

GPU: ASUS EAH6850 DC/2DIS/1GD5/V2 Radeon HD 6850
I don't know how to test this. I made sure the drivers were up to date.

PSU: Cooler Master GX - 750W
Used a DMM to test every pin, it works fine. I also tried putting another psu in from a different (working) system, and the problem persists.

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1333
Passes windows memory diagnostic and memtest.

SSD: OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-120G
HDD: Seagate Barracuda Green ST2000DL003 2TB 5900 RPM
Disk check doesn't show anything wrong with these. I was able to update the firmware on the SSD, but trying to update the HDD crashed. I've tried disconnecting each one to use only the other, but the problem persists.

Optical Drive: Samsung 22X DVD Burner SATA Model SH-222BB/BEBE - OEM
(don't know if this matters, but it's connected, so maybe?)

I have attached the zip file from the SF Debug Tool. I can add some MEMORY.dmp files and minidump files if that will help. Again, let me know if I need to do something differently. And thanks for the help :)

That list of parts sounds like you intend to overclock.
Maybe overclocking is set too high?

Definitely not a stupid question. I'm a noob, so ask me everything. I've run memtest with one pass on all four sticks at once. Is it standard to run eight passes? I'll give it a shot on each stick individually.

Two sticks with no errors (8 passes on one, 11 on the other). Should be done with the others sometime tomorrow evening. Assuming no errors are found, what should be my next step? And thanks for being willing to help.

Got a crash. Was just looking at a webpage on Chrome when it gave a BSOD with an error irql_not_less_or_equal. Don't remember seeing that one before. Happened not terribly long after installing the AMD driver for the Radeon HD 6850, but I don't know if that's the issue because I was getting BSODs before that driver was installed too.

Anyway, I have attached the minidump. I couldn't attach the MEMORY.dmp file because it is too large (~600MB, or ~89MB zipped). Is there another way to post this? I ran windbg (x64) but have no idea what it means, so I attached the results too.

The Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service/KillerNetManager is known to cause BSOD's. Please follow the workaround instructions here:
First, open the Run dialog (Win + R keys) and type in "services.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Scroll down and locate the "Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service" and right click on it. Select "Stop"
Right click on it again and this time select "Properties"
In the dropdown box for "Startup type", select "Disabled", then click on the "OK" button at the bottom of the window

Next, open Task Manager (right click on TaskBar and select "Task Manager")
Click on the "More details" dropdown (if present)
Click on the "Startup" tab
Scroll down and locate the "KillerNetManager" entry, right click on it and select "Disable"
There may also be an Install Shield (with the Killer gaming K next to it), if so Right click on it and select "Disable"
Finally, restart the system in order for the changes to take affect.

At times the Killer Network Manager will continue to load. If so, it's usually listed in the MSINFO32...Software Environment...Startup Programs section. If it is, please try this:
It may be that the instructions aren't stopping everything.
In some cases, there's a program running out of the Program Files/Program Files (x86) directory.
"c:\program files\qualcomm atheros\killer network manager\killer~1.exe" (NOTE: killer~1.exe is most likely killernetmanager.exe)
In other cases, there's a program running out of c:\windows\installer\{Long string of letters, numbers, and dashes}\networkmanager.exe_130c27d738f34c89bddf21bcfd74b56d.exe (the long string of letters and numbers may change)

Here's some things to try
1) Please see if there are any entries in the Startup tab of Task Manager that are related to Qualcomm/Atheros/Killer Network Manager (and NOT the card itself) and disable them (please let us know what you find) Be careful as the wrong selection can disable the network card.
2) Check in "msconfig" for any entries that aren't in the Startup tab of Task Manager. Let us know if you find any Qualcomm/Atheros/Killer entries there (we'll disable them differently if they are there).
3) Locate the "c:\program files\qualcomm atheros\killer network manager\killer~1.exe" and rename the .exe to .BAD (the killer~1 is actually a filename that starts with killer and ends with .exe) There will be an error in event viewer, but it'll stop the bugger from loading.
4) Locate the "c:\windows\installer\{Long string of letters, numbers, and dashes}\networkmanager.exe_130c27d738f34c89bddf21bcfd74b56d.exe" entry and rename the .exe to .BAD (the long string of letters and numbers may change)

Just FYI - here are the MSI workaround instructions: MSI USA

I'll try to give that a shot... When I booted to do that, my comp crashed. Not a typical BSOD, but mostly blue, lots of pixels, and no error.
As I was transferring the dump from that special crash to a flash drive, I got a BSOD with the error specal_pool_detected_memory_corruption. The minidump and windbg analysis of MEMORY.dmp from this BSOD are attached.

The Killer service / manager is stopped and disabled as instructed, and the system has been rebooted. My hunch is that wasn't the issue, since I've been getting BSODs since my old motherboard (not killer), and Catalyst Control Center keeps stopping working. I'll post again if/when I get another BSOD. Hopefully that previous BSOD analysis will give more insight.

Alright, got another crash, and it's yet another new one: pfn_list_corrupt. As usual, minidump and analysis of dump file (dump was over 800MB this time).
I n an attempt to speed up the crashing process, I tried installing a game. The game failed to install multiple times, and finally crashed during the process.
By the way, I am running windbg on my laptop, not the desktop that is causing the problems. That's ok, right?

I've done disk check on both the HDD and SSD before and not found any errors, but I'll check again. I'm currently only using the SSD, and previously tested with only the HDD, so if the drive is the problem then both went bad :(

I won't be able to get to this until this afternoon when I get back from work. I'll run the tests and post screenshots of HD Tune (and anything else of importance). Assuming everything is good there, what would my next step be?

Ran SFC (verify only) for the SSD and it found integrity errors. Screenshot of that and the log file (CBS.txt) attached.
dskchk found no errors.
Took screenshots of the Health tab in HD Tune and the Error Scan tab after running a full scan.

After I ejected and yanked the flash drive, it gave a BSOD of irql_not_less_or_equal. I'll grab the dump and minidump and post those too.
