Hi all,

I am having an issue with the pc I built a few months ago.
It doesn't seem to matter how I'm using the PC or what programs I'm running, I keep getting a WHEA_Uncorrectable error followed by a shut down and restart. I have checked and rechecked my drivers, and I can’t figure out what's wrong with my pc. I'm my wits ends and am just about ready to take a sledge hammer to this machine. I would appreciate any insight you might have. I've attached the Sf debug file to this post. Thanks in advance!

It seems that the Razer DiamondBack driver caused the IRP Bugcheck which caused the Driver Verifier to crash the system.

One thing I noticed that in every dump file, the speed of the Processor was very low than the stock settings. Are you overclocking your system?
Code:
CPUID:        "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz"

MaxSpeed:     3500

CurrentSpeed: 800
Kindly follow the below steps -

  1. Kindly reset your BIOS settings to STOCK settings or Default Settings.
  2. Please remove Razer Drivers from the system as they are dating to 2005 and make sure you physically detach the Razer Diamondback from your system till we are troubleshooting as the drivers are known to cause BSOD problems.
  3. Please remove any ASUS Bloatware present on your system (AsUpIo.sys, ASIo.sys)
    Code:
    [URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AsUpIO.sys"]Driver Reference Table - AsUpIO.sys[/URL]
    Code:
    [URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AsIO.sys"]Driver Reference Table - AsIO.sys[/URL]
  4. Please perform the following diagnostics - Prime95 & Intel Burn Test.
  5. Kindly report back with temperatures of the system while performing Prime95 and while idle.

Let me know how it goes ^_^

Thank you so much! I'll need to buy a new mouse.

I'll be sure to report back once I've run all of the tests and removed the errant drivers/software.
I hadn't given too much thought to overclocking the cpu.

Will do! The new mouse will be here tomorrow so I should be able to run the stress tests then. Hopefully I'll be able to reset the bios this evening.

Hi Ruby ^_^,

The reports are fine. So, are you still experiencing any crashes? If yes, kindly upload a freshly generated SF Diagnostic ZIP File. If not, then kindly mark this thread as SOLVED ^_^
